Our Story
My name is Suresh Hamal, and I have been a resident of CT for the past 15 years. Originally from Nepal, I have been working here in CT and have gained extensive experience in business operations. Over the years, I have developed the skills necessary to lead a team and deliver reliable services to our clients.
One day, a concerned friend reached out to me about the repairs he had to undertake in his house due to a burst water pipeline. He and his family had been on vacation for two weeks in December, and during their absence, there was nobody to look after their house. Upon their return, they discovered the burst pipe, resulting in significant financial and time losses. After further investigation by their plumber, they realized that this unfortunate incident could have been avoided if they had shut off the main water supply and drained the pipelines before leaving for their vacation.
This incident stayed with me, and I discussed it with my friends and family for weeks. Recognizing a gap in the market for a reliable and trustworthy service that could oversee properties while homeowners were away, I decided to start my own Home Watch services business.
Given my background in business operations, I already had experience in managing employees and running a business. I conducted thorough market research and identified a high demand for Home Watch services, particularly in vacation communities. With this knowledge, I developed a comprehensive business plan that outlined our services, pricing, and marketing strategies.
To operate my business legally and ensure the utmost protection for both ourselves and our clients, I obtained the necessary licenses, NHWA Accreditation, and insurance.
